Do not create false, deceptive or duplicate invoices; invent work, approvals or charges; falsify tax fields; facilitate tax evasion; or misrepresent a quote as accepted.
2. Responsible communications
Do not harass, intimidate, shame or threaten recipients. Do not state that court action, enforcement or credit reporting has begun unless it is truthful and lawfully authorised. Obtain professional advice for legal recovery.
3. Prohibited content and access
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, discriminatory or exploitative content; personal data you have no right to process; passwords or full payment-card data; malware; or instructions to bypass service controls. Do not scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service.
4. High-risk use
Do not use Quotely to facilitate regulated financial services, credit, factoring, medical or legal advice, weapons, illegal drugs, gambling, adult exploitation or other unlawful trade. Quotely is a general document-drafting tool, not an approval or certification system.
5. Enforcement
We may limit or suspend use, preserve evidence and report unlawful conduct where required. We consider context, severity, recurrence and legal obligations.
